All custom work created by Scott Steele Advertising remains the property of the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed.

Scott Steele Advertising retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios, marketing materials, and case studies.

Any third-party software or tools (including Go High Level, Lead Connector, etc.) remain the property of their respective owners.

6. Website Hosting & Third-Party Platforms

We may utilize third-party platforms to deliver services. While we strive for reliability:

We are not responsible for outages or service interruptions caused by third-party providers

Platform policies and terms may also apply to your use of those services

7. Limitation of Liability
